Below is a listing of standard costs for services. 

• Consultation - 15 minutes $0
• Initial Assessments $200
• Follow Up Visits - 45 minutes $125
• Follow Up Visits - 60 minutes $150
• Emotional Support Animal Assessment & Letter $90
• Form Completion (Disability, Leave, etc) $25

Payment Options

Payment is currently accepted using a major credit/debit card (except American Express), Check/EFT, Zelle, CashApp and HSA/FSA cards (with Visa or Mastercard logos).

Arya Insight Wellness is in network with the following insurance plans:

• Aetna Commercial, Medicare & EAP Plans
• Cigna Commercial, Medicare & EAP Plans
• United Healthcare/ Optum Commercial Plans

What if Your Plan Is Not Listed

If you have benefits to see out of network providers, you can schedule with Arya Insight Wellness as a self- pay client. 

After each visit, you will be provided with a receipt and invoice that you can then submit (usually called a superbill) to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

Benefits can vary by plan. Confirm coverage and your expected share of the cost before your appointment.

The goal of Arya Insight Wellness is to make therapy accessible for anyone who is willing.  

Sliding scale rates are available for anyone with a financial need. Feel free to schedule a   consultation to discuss options specific for you.

Open Path Network

Members of the Open Path network  receive a preferred self-pay rate for counseling.
